Free Fitness Consultation

Our Calgary CrossFit gym offers a wide array of health and fitness services to ensure you're on the right path. To start off, we'll typically have you come in for a free, no-pressure, fitness consultation. We want to learn more about you, your goals, where you're currently at, and where you want to be with your health and wellness.

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just trying to shed a few pounds, you will get some sound free advice from one of our experts. The consult is absolutely free with no strings attached.

What To Expect

First off, congrats on taking the steps to get your health and fitness to the next level! We typically start off by taking a quick tour of our brand new Calgary CrossFit gym and introduce you to any coaches that might be there. After that we'd sit down and chat about your fitness goals and answer any questions that you might have. We understand that CrossFit might not be for you, so we have a bunch of other personal training, nutrition, Olympic lifting, yoga, mobility and other programs that might better suit your needs.

Next, we will work through a basic fitness assessment. This entails a few exercises to get a baseline so we can help determine the best next steps to customize a fitness program for you. Please bring a water bottle, workout clothes, and athletic shoes (no outdoor shoes please!)
