The entire foundations class is done with a dedicated Coach. Emphasis is on movement assessment and technique proficiency. Athletes receive a gradual exposure to the intensity levels experienced in our group classes. All foundations programs include a one week unlimited membership after you complete your course to experience the community, our group classes and meet your coaches.
A Typical Session Includes:
Over three 1-hour private sessions, based on your fitness level and experience, your Coach will guide you on a personalized program tailored to your current abilities and goals. We’ll work around your schedule to help you get started in our regular classes as quickly as possible. Generally, 3 sessions is sufficient to get you to the necessary level to join our regular classes.
