If you're new to CrossFit an introductory program is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL for success. The variety of movements and eventual intensity in some CrossFit workouts require appropriate coaching and exposure to ensure safety and efficacy in CrossFit for beginners. Our CrossFit Intro Course is called FOUNDATIONS. It's designed for individuals who want to train in our group CrossFit classes and learn proper techniques.

What's Included:

The entire foundations class is done with a dedicated Coach. Emphasis is on movement assessment and technique proficiency. Athletes receive a gradual exposure to the intensity levels experienced in our group classes. All foundations programs include a one week unlimited membership after you complete your course to experience the community, our group classes and meet your coaches.

A Typical Session Includes:

  • A warmup skill review
  • Movement instruction and screening
  • Workout
  • Cool-down
  • Time for questions

Over three 1-hour private sessions, based on your fitness level and experience, your Coach will guide you on a personalized program tailored to your current abilities and goals. We’ll work around your schedule to help you get started in our regular classes as quickly as possible. Generally, 3 sessions is sufficient to get you to the necessary level to join our regular classes.
