1 On 1 Nutrition Coaching

There are no short cuts, quick fixes, magic diets, or special products here. Instead, you will receive a custom nutrition program specific to your needs and goals that ensures you are fuelled to perform in the gym. We want to build you a nutrition plan that becomes your lifestyle, whether that means simple portion control and healthy food options or in depth macro-nutrient and calorie tracking. To do so we will work with you to make sustainable healthy changes for the long term. You will be assessed on where you are starting from and how specific and detailed you want to be.

Individualized Programs

CF956 members can choose nutrition programming in 2 formats, both programs include an initial interview to determine your goals, lifestyle and personal needs as well as a physical assessment including body composition, measurements and resting vital signs. For optimal success we recomemnd weekly check in and program reviews to make adjustments and monthly composition assessments to track your progress. The second option of those just looking to make some small changes with less detail and includes monthly check in and program reviews. There are no contracts and you can cancel at any time.

Prepared Meals

Let’s be honest, meal prep can be difficult when starting out on a new nutrition plan – especially if you haven’t done it before. So, we’ve partnered up with colleagues at to ensure you have the best opportunity to reach your goals. Check out their website for lots of yummy local dishes.
